Sub- Business hardship letter

Dear Mr. Alex

I am writing this letter to apply for a substantial working capital loan from your bank as UVC Glass Limited is suffering from intense business hardship. You must be aware that the ongoing economic slowdown has impacted severely the glass manufacturing companies. As our business model is fully dependent on exports the recent economic turmoil has kept our clients at bay. Currently we are only making business out of the local demands which is not very encouraging. This has badly affected the bottom line of our company and we are currently running out of money to pay the basic salaries of our employees. I would request you to kindly grant us a working capital loan of about one lack dollars so that we can keep the company in running position. The entire working capital along with accumulated interest would be repaid in equal monthly installments once the company becomes profitable.

Please inform us about your banks stand on granting us the working capital as soon as possible. We will wait for a positive reply from your side.

Yours Sincerely

Packard Williams
