Sub – Eviction hardship letter.

Dear Mr. David

I am writing this letter to inform you about the hardship that my family is facing because of the eviction letter send to me from your bank. I had taken a loan of $200000 against my house four years ago from your bank. I was unable to pay the last six EMI’s of the loan as I had lost my job because the company with which I was associated became bankrupt. I am looking for a new job but unfortunately have not yet been successful in my job search. I am finding it difficult to make both the ends meet of my family as all my previous savings have exhausted. I would request you to kindly withdraw the eviction notice as I cannot afford a rented apartment. I would request you to kindly refinance the loan and increase the payback period so that I can pay it off easily.

Hope that you will consider my request and give me some more time to payback the loan. I will eagerly wait for a positive reply in this regard from your side.

Thanking You

Andrew Hall
