Hardship Work Transfer Letter

The Manager,

Subject : Letter for work transfer due to hardship

Dear Sir,

I am hereby writing this letter to seek a work transfer from this branch to Mid Glamorgan branch of our company. I am compelled to seek for a work transfer as my mother is very ill and there is no one to take care of her.

My mother has been suffering from diabetes since last 10 years and has recently had a heart attack. She manages my father’s grocery shop for her livelihood. This is the reason why she does not want to move into our house here in Derby. I am feeling so helpless as I am moving every weekend to see her and this is proving to be very hard both physically, mentally and financially as well.

I cannot leave my mother in this helpless and sick state for too long. It will be great if I am considered for a work transfer to the Mid Galmorgan branch as I don’t have to look for a new job there. I have been working for our company for the past eight years with all sincerity and dedication and do not want to quit this job which I love the most.

Hope the management will consider my work transfer request and oblige soon.

Yours Sincerely,

Zoe Hardy.
