Sub- Medical hardship letter

Dear Mr. Liang

I am writing this letter to inform about the medical hardship that I am undergoing for the last two years. I am a software engineer for the last twelve years with your behemoth organization. I have been suffering from intense cardiac problem for the last two years. I have spent all my accumulated savings to pay up the medical bills. I have not received my salary for the last two years as I am unable to report to duty the office because of the disease. The doctors have advised me to take six months bed rest for complete healing of the disease. I request you grant me some financial aid from the emergency medical crisis fund of the company so that I can pay my medical dues. I am ready to pay back the loan amount together with interest in equal installments once I am back to work.

I will look forward for a positive reply from your side. I would like to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to read my letter.

Yours sincerely

Michael Phelps
