Military Hardship Letter

To,

The Military Chief,

Mountain Ash Check post,

Mid Glamorgan, London, CF45

Date : 19th September 2012

Subject : Hardship letter to Military superior

Respected Sir,

I am the wife of Major. Daniel Anthony who is serving in your check post for the past two years and eight months. I am writing this letter to request you to kindly relieve my husband of his services from your check post and transfer him to a location which is in proximity to my residential address.

The reason for my seeking this relief is due to numerous hardships I am facing on account of my husband’s posting in Mountain Ash Camp. I recently had a major heart attack and nearly came back from the death bed. Due to this I have to quit my job that I was working for the past ten years. Apart from this my daughter who is 8 years old has been diagnosed with cancer and this has shattered me completely.

I am myself a patient now and finding it almost impossible to take care of my daughter who needs medical care and attention all the time. She is suffering from pain and needs assistance after her chemo therapy sessions. I am feeling so helpless without anyone’s help especially the support of my husband.

I hope you will consider my request and transfer my husband to a nearby camp.

Yours Sincerely,

Emma Anthony.
